What a weekend I have had. I am learning alot more about computers than I thought I wanted to know. A big plus, since I am getting AOL for free, I have found the way to connect to it utilizing the DSL. It is kinda kewl...I have to keep going into the internet tools and reset my connection to LAN. Can anyone tell me how I can make the default LAN? Officially, I do not have DSL til July 2. However, I have called tech help twice now because of inability to connect to the server. I believe that my problem has been that the internet wizard keeps defaulting to dial-up. He obviously is not the smartest wizard around. I repeat, ...I bought some material a while back to make a short set for myself. I saw something similar in Hawaii and the cheapest I found was $120. So, I decided I will make me one. I had cut the pattern a few weeks back and decided today was the day that I would have my new short set. I started on the shorts. I was progressing nicely, when, the damn machine stopped going. I worked on it for a bit with no success. When, in disgust, I announced that it looked like I was in the market for a new machine, Jerry got into the act, but fast. He worked on it for awhile and it acted a little better when he was done. But it still has problems. So, before I complete my short set, the machine will have to go for servicing, I am so frustrated...We watched A Beautiful Mind. It was a good movie, but I am glad I did not buy it. I doubt I will ever want to watch it again. OH! that reminds me, I gotta go to blockbuster. See ya!
