Elizabeth, I did not obtain a copy of the article from the Star Telegram. Doing so meant driving an extra hour after the super bowl to go to Northeast Tarrant County to buy a copy of their paper. I get the Arlington edition. I did speak with Benny. He said he bought 2 papers. I am going to call the paper tomorrow and see if I can somehow get a hard copy of the article. If so, I will ask for 2. BTW, are you also interested in the Liz Smith column?
Additionally, I had a wonderful time with Debra and Allen. They are very gracious hosts. Allen is a very accomplished guitarist and he provided some musical accompanyment for our listening pleasure. I also scored a really neat picture of Ryan and Cole. They are Debra's absolutely gorgeous 19 year old twin sons.
Posted by Rita at January 26, 2003 10:45 PMI haven't seen Ryan and Cole for years...are they as gorgeous now as they were when they were 10?
Posted by: Jfer at January 27, 2003 09:57 AMthey are even more gorgeous...I will try to figure out how to scan the picture Debra gave me and add to my webshots.
Posted by: at January 27, 2003 10:30 PMOf course I would love to have an original of the Liz Smith column; all I have right now is a printout from the web. Completely understand that you did not want to drive an hour after the Super Bowl. That does lead me to ask: what should I look for around town--I need to try to find a particular edition of the Fort Worth Star Telegram??
Thanks for offering to track down a copy for me too.
