...and I was there to witness it. The game bagan with Joe Diffy singing the National Anthem. He has a very nice voice. At that point I had still not quite made it to the correct section. So, on my way to my correct seat, I stopped at the ladies room. I did not see the opening play, but I did hear it via the live broadcast aired in the ladies room. And no, I did not stand up and cheer, I was busy. But the Cowboys did score on the opening play. Evidently the Eagles tried an on-side kick, which we covered and ran in for the points. Half-time was bittersweet in that Tex Schramm was inducted into the ring of honor. Several other inductees were present, as was Tex's daughters. I did spend more time in traffic before and after the game than I actually spent at the game. But I would do it again. I had a wonderful time. Thanks to Teresa and Scott for having an extra ticket so that I could join them there.

Posted by: Jfer at October 13, 2003 08:28 AMI watched the entire game and thought it was great! I had been watching Tampa Bay Bucaneers closely for the last three years, but now that the Cowboys are doing much better this year I may have to start watching them.
