I bought some new furniture. As you can see if you followed the link, it is bedroom furniture. I really need living room furniture, and at least a love seat for the den, but buying living room furniture and love seat does not excite me so much. I am, however, excited by the bedroom furniture I have bought. One of the reasons I am excited is because I have not had a bed for a very long time. I have a mattress and box springs on a hollywood frame. So, as of Friday, August 5, I will be slumbering in style. Thanks to Meredith for assisting me with my decision to buy this furniture. I have convinced Mother to leave her bedroom furniture in WF. I am moving my existing pieces to her room and buying a new mattress and box springs for her. This way, when we visit Wf, if we visit WF, there will be sleep options.
I called and spoke to Jennifer today. I could hear Magda chattering away in the background. Jen sounded very tired. They have been going going going since they got there. She said that one day Stepan and she went out for a bit and Helena minded Magda. When they returned they found Magda with blue mouth, teeth and lips from eating blueberries. I hope they got a picture of her.
I am finally connected at my new address, which may be a bad thing, since in the room next to the one I am in currently are a bunch of boxes waiting to be unpacked. I know I had better get a move on them because on Friday my dish TV satelite will be connected. Then I will have two major distractions to the task at hand. I am going to do one last thing, post the picture of Magda from last Saturday and log off. Okay, so that is two last things.
I emailed most of my regular readers my new contact information. If I missed anyone, please comment that fact here. I love comments.
I spent the 4th of July with Tim, Felicia, Catherine, her cousin and a friend at Possum Kingdom Lake. They are always so gracious, and hell bent on providing a good time for all. I took some pictures and have posted them on my webshots. Check them out.
Also, the 38 weeks picture of Magda is posted. Has it been only 38 weeks? I cannot imagine a world without Magda, she is such a joy.
