Comments: What a Great Lady

Gilligan's Island was once one of my favorite shows to watch after getting home from school. By the way, you mentioned you had alot of fun with two of your sisters. I know that Leah was in attendance. Which other sister attended, Kathleen or Margaret? Since I am a betting person I would put my money on Margaret.

That's it? Who else was there? What was the venue like? What did everybody wear? Were there any last minute dramas? Was there music? Did you get a copy of the book? Did Dad have a good time? Was it a cash bar? Tell me more!!!!

I did not know Ann Richards had osteoporosis--I believe that's what John's mother has.

That's great you went to the party. I heard Ann Richards when I was selected to participate in Girls State (she was the Treasurer then; it was before she ran for Governor), and she was quite a lady.

You and I used the same link for Tina Louise in our party entries. I am so glad you enjoyed yourself at the party with your family. Thanks again for all of your help and I look forward to seeing the pictures soon.

Ann was diagnosed with Osteopenia. It is a sort of pre-Osteoporosis stage. Both her mother and father suffered from the debilitating disease before they died. The book is great. Have you read it yet?
