I do this but in reverse--when I'm about to go on vacation, I think things like, "In 24 hours I'll be on a mountaintop," or "Two days from now I'll be in England." I also do it a little when stressed . . . I think, "In the next twelve hours, I will have to sleep, get up, have breakfast, make Jonathan's lunch, take him to gymnastics, and get to my appointment on time." I don't usually think backwards. That would be too depressing!

So at lunchtime (noon), I'll look at whoever I happen to be eating with and say, "In Prague, it's 7pm right now" or whatever the time difference is.
